Attention Advisees
Students who receive this should pass it on to my advisess, such as I have to check some evaluation forms for advisees. Do you think you can find the form in David's or Isabella's office and present it to me in Composition class; or you can even present it to me in another class if you know my hours. I have to check boxes for each student and sign the document; then you can hand it back. Thanks.
